Course Title: "Cultivating Empathy: Understanding and Connecting with Others"
PSL training is about structure. Having a clear structure means you can plan and review in faster and better ways. You can see what's needed, what is going well and what needs to change.
Module 1: Introduction to Empathy
Objective: Understand what empathy is, why it matters, and how it differs from sympathy.

- Empathy vs. Sympathy: Key differences and examples.

Module 2: Building Self-Awareness
Objective: Develop self-awareness as the foundation for understanding others.

- Recognising Biases and Assumptions
- Discussion: How unconscious biases can block empathy.
